Biography
I earned my Ph.D. in School Psychology in 2011 at Duquesne University (APA accredited, NASP approved), after completing an APA-accredited clinical psychology internship focused on the assessment and treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorder. Following graduation, I completed a 2-year Institute of Education Sciences Postdoctoral Fellowship at the Center for Research on Children, Youth, Families and Schools at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where I focused on interventions to support parent engagement and parent-teacher relationships in early childhood for at-risk populations. After completing my fellowship, I returned to my native Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to complete postdoctoral clinical experience that led to the attainment of licensure as a psychologist. I am currently an Assistant Professor in the APA-accredited and NASP-approved School Psychology program at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. I am a Licensed Psychologist in the State of Michigan, and a Nationally Certified School Psychologist.
